Rent Reviews:
Our well established rent review practice assists landlords and tenants on rents and we also provide consultancy services regarding the effect of various lease terms, dilapidation reports, schedules of condition and improvement notices. This aspect of our service includes attending arbitrations and court hearings and providing expert witness evidence.

Consultancy:
